Terms of Service

1. About our service

jaxonlytoo.com ("we", "us") provides an online tutoring matching and booking platform. We help coordinate introductions between Users and available tutors or tutoring providers. We are not a school, and we do not employ tutors or provide tutoring services ourselves. Any tutoring, instruction, and related services are provided by the independent tutor or tutoring provider booked through the platform.

For residents in Ukraine, this website is available in Ukrainian as required by Ukrainian law. This English version may be shorter than the Ukrainian version, but it is intended to help you understand the service.

2. Provider identification and consumer information

To enable you to identify the provider and understand how to exercise your rights, the information below is provided as pre-contract consumer information for distance services:

  • Provider: jaxonlytoo.com, LLC
  • Address: 17 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine
  • Email: contact@jaxonlytoo.com
  • Phone: +380 939 070 5396
  • Registration ID (EDRPOU): 40574179
  • Legal representative: Daniel Schmidt, Managing Director

We provide this information in line with: Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" № 675-VIII and Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" № 1023-XII, including the requirements to provide clear, accessible information for distance services.

3. Booking and intro call process

When you request tutoring matching, you may share your goals, preferences, and contact details to help us coordinate suitable tutor options. If you book an intro call or session request, the platform may notify the selected tutor/provider and facilitate scheduling. The intro call and tutoring are conducted directly between you and the tutor/provider.

Your submission of a request is intended to initiate coordination. If you complete the booking flow and submit the request, the form submission will redirect to a thank-you page (the final endpoint is managed by the site). No special custom success or validation flow is applied beyond the redirect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. You must not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform, accounts, or communications.
  • Harass, discriminate against, or abuse tutors, providers, or other users.
  • Use the platform to offer illegal services or to facilitate wrongdoing.

5. User responsibilities and claims

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during matching and booking. If you have questions or concerns about tutoring outcomes, scheduling, or the quality of instruction, those concerns generally relate to the booked tutor/provider. However, if the issue is about the platform’s coordination or access, contact us using the details above so we can assist.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for (a) the acts or omissions of tutors/providers, (b) the content or results of tutoring, or (c) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from tutoring services booked through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable Ukrainian law, including consumer rights under Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" № 1023-XII.

7. Personal data

If the matching/booking workflow collects personal data (such as your name, contact details, and goals), we process such data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and provide a Privacy Policy describing the lawful basis and purposes of processing.

Applicable reference: Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" № 2297-VI.

8. Language availability

If you use the platform in Ukraine, our internet representation is available in Ukrainian by default and contains at least no less volume and content than other language versions, as required by Law of Ukraine "On Supporting the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language" № 2704-VIII.

9. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. For consumer matters related to distance services, the applicable laws include Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" № 1023-XII and Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" № 675-VIII.
